A play on things we cling to that can sometimes take the form of feelings, people, memories, or histories we hold onto just to feel safe and at home. The concept itself is often inexplicable, or simply something we subconsciously choose (especially as kids), but mabybe we've known what it feels like to be unsafe first, enough to assign such meaning to these things in the first place.
